HOW TO REGISTER

All of our in-person, personalized coaching sessions are customized to fit your specific objectives.  Because no two client's needs are exactly the same, we arrange a needs assessment consultation via telephone to discuss the details and learn more about your specific requirements before we design and schedule your training program.

Once we reach an agreement on your specific requirements, we write a training plan for your approval.  Course fees and other policies are determined at this time.  You can register anytime after the completion of your free personalized assessment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can you come to our house for private lessons?
A:  In most cases, we do not go into client's  homes for private lessons.   In-person sessions are held at our training venue in downtown Denver, Colorado.
We deliver on-site training for business and academic organizations.

Q:  Is an instructional meal necessary for learning table manners?  If so, is it included in the price of the lesson?
A:  Instructional meals are optional, and not necessary to successfully learn table manners.  If a client wants to include meals in their training, they are responsible for the venue and the menu.

Q:  Why don't you give us the cost and other information without a free personal assessment?
A:  We specialize in personalized programs tailored to fit the specific needs of every client because no two client's needs are the same.  Therefore, in order to determine your specific requirements, we conduct a needs analysis via telephone.
After we learn more about you, and you learn more about us, we propose a training solution and provide a fee quote at that time.  An initial consultation is a no-obligation information session, and you can get back to us again if you want to move forward.
