- Social skills: how to make a positive and lasting first impression, grooming, handshakes, name usage, the common courtesies of life and good sportsmanship
- Correspondence etiquette: telephone etiquette, digital etiquette, handwritten correspondence
- Dining skills and table manners
- Ways to use kindness and consideration to affect the world around us, respecting other's cultures, learning about an and respecting our own traditions and culture
