How to Book a Personalized Training Course

We are more than happy to answer all of your questions during a Free Personalized Assessment.  We abide by a strict confidentiality policy and never share any of your personal information for any reason.
Details:
All of our coaching programs are tailored to fit your unique needs and interests.  To target what you want to accomplish with etiquette/social skill coaching, we have found that an initial 20 minute free consultation via telephone is the the most effective way to learn more and decide if our services are right for you.  Quotes, payment options, and booking policies are discussed at this time.
To inquire about scheduling a free consultation, get in touch with us directly via telephone or fill in the contact form.  We will get back to you by the end of the following business day.
Registration:  following the completion of your initial consultation, bookings are set and confirmed via email.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q:  We don't like to communicate via telephone, and would prefer an online personalized assessment.  Why do you sound like you require an initial consultation via telephone before we can book a coaching session?
A:  We have a very high rate of success our clients by taking advantage of voice conversation to find out if we fully understand your objectives and reasons why you are considering personal etiquette/social skills coaching.  Online assessment questionnaires are general in scope. In a voice conversation, we can move from the general to the specific areas of concern.

Q:  Can you come into our home for a Family Dining Tutorial or a private coaching session?
A:  Our company policies do not allow us to send etiquette instructors into your home.  In many cases, we will provide briefs and consultations via telephone, email, or Zoom.

Q: If we want an instructional meal included in our dining etiquette training, are they included in the cost?
A: Clients are responsible for the costs of the instructional meals and on-site training venues.

Q:  I want to book a program for my company team.  Do you travel to companies for on-site trainings?  
A:  Yes, we travel to companies for on-site trainings.  

Q:  Do you offer a Certification Program?
A:  We offer an Etiquette Consulting Basics Course that gives you the foundational knowledge and skills to become a Dining Etiquette Specialist. There isn't a licensing requirement or legal process to teach etiquette, and many individuals with strong communication skills already have a background or similar career experience that qualifies them to teach etiquette for a fee.  This course will prepare you to present your very first dining etiquette class to children and adults with confidence and professionalism.

ETIQUETTE SPECIALIZATION WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • How to design, structure, and choreograph a professional etiquette program, workshop or training. 
  • What is a needs assessment and why is this important to conducting etiquette consultations.  How to conduct an effective needs assessment interview which is the key to establishing trust with any potential client.
  • Presentation basics such as how to connect instantly with your audience, establish classroom presence, engage your audience.
  • Etiquette business start up basics:  the essentials such as business registration, business forms, bank account, publicity. 
  • How to write your resume and create a portfolio of your work.
  • A comprehensive Dining Etiquette Tutorial is included in the cost of the program.
This course is of benefit to anyone with or without a background in teaching, classroom management or etiquette.  You will take away an understanding of what gets results for your students and what builds quality and effectiveness into the design and presentation of your programs.
Will I need a license to teach etiquette? 
No, you won't need a license to teach etiquette.  The primary skills needed for a career in etiquette consulting include good manners, knowledge of what etiquette entails, and strong communication skills.  If you have these primary skills, and you are thinking about starting your own etiquette business, this course will answer your questions and prepare you to succeed in delivering your very first etiquette class with confidence and in a polished, professional manner.
Unlike professions such as law or classroom teaching, it is not unethical to teach etiquette without being licensed.  As your business grows, a more comprehensive etiquette certification course can be of benefit to your personal and career development.
